Poland - Ukraine Children of War Project - April 2025

We are honored to be working with Common Man for Ukraine in one of their residential trauma counseling camps for children from Ukraine with at least one parent that has died in the war. We will be taking Threading Hope handmade donations (a personal quilt for each child) and will be doing Highwire art therapy projects with the children. We will take part with a network of trusted partnerships, working with 30-35 children, ages 8 to 16 to provide a respite from the war zone.  This grassroots organization, volunteer run, delivers humanitarian aid to Ukrainian orphans, displaced children and families struggling to survive the war.
